With
20 hectares of cultivated vineyards, the Berra farm produces
and bottles several
varieties of wines, among which are bonarda,
grignolino,
barbera,
freisa,
dolcetto,
chardonnay,
malvasia,
and
barrique,
which
they make available directly to the consumer.
Wine tastings are available, as well as tours of the farm
facilities. Wines
can be purchased either bottled or in casks, and they
can be home delivered within 10 days.
The
Berra Winemakers farm has been a member of the
Bottega in Vino
di
Moncucco
since 2000, and actively participates in the promotion
and distribution of the wines of the territory.
Since 1995, the farm has implemented the EEC 2078/92 normative
which regulates the cultivation methods best compatible
for the safeguarding and protection of the environment,
through the use of the least dangerous insecticides.
